What it costs

One price, and it starts late.

There is one plan. The build and every revision are free; you start paying only once the finished site is running on a domain you own.

About the money, specifically.

When exactly does billing start?

Once the finished site is running on a domain you own, and not an hour earlier. Everything before that — the build, every round of changes, however long it takes you to decide — costs nothing.

What is the difference between the two prices?

£75 a month is rent: you keep the site, we keep it running, updated and edited, and you can stop in any month. £2,190 once is ownership: one payment, no monthly bill ever, the site and the domain are yours outright.

If I rent and then cancel, what do I lose?

The site comes down. You keep the domain — it was registered in your name from the first day and it leaves with you, along with your email addresses.

Are there hidden costs?

No. The domain, the hosting, the certificate, the email and the changes are all in the price. If you ask for something that genuinely costs money on top — a paid booking system, stock photography you specifically want licensed — we tell you the number before we do it, not after.

Do you take a deposit?

No. There is nothing to pay until you have seen the finished site and decided to keep it.

What about VAT?

Prices are shown before VAT. We invoice from Germany, so what lands on your VAT return depends on whether you are VAT registered — your accountant settles that in a sentence. Whatever applies, it is on the invoice before anything is charged, never added quietly afterwards.

Send the request. See what turns up.

You end up with a finished website to look at and nothing attached to it.
